Below are photographs taken by a professional photographer who attended the march through Truro. Newspapers often hire photographers to take pictures of events and then publish them in their products. This is exactly what I did. I personally feel that the photos are high in quality and will be used in the double page spread. These meet my target audience because some are quirky, original, and eye catching.
A very good approach here Laura, hiring a photographer to take photos of an event. It would have been good to discuss these images individually and describe what you like about them and how you see them being used in your newspaper.
